tre plus is a Dutch-led nearshore software development partner, founded by Rens Gerritsen, with its own office in Pristina, Kosovo. We build dedicated developers and teams that work as part of the existing product and engineering team of our clients in the Netherlands and Belgium.

What tre plus does
Two services: Developer as a Service (one dedicated developer inside your team) and Team as a Service (a dedicated team). Both are long-term structural team capacity, not a freelancer marketplace and not anonymous project outsourcing.
How the model works
- tre plus handles: sourcing and recruitment, local employment, payroll, the workspace in Pristina and local support.
- The client keeps: product ownership, roadmap, backlog, technical direction and its own repositories and codebase.
- Generic minimum engagement: 6 months.
- Contract type: Master Service Agreement with Statements of Work, including standard confidentiality provisions.
- Billing: monthly, in EUR.
Location and operations
- Kosovo operates in the same Central European working-day context as the Netherlands, so working hours overlap fully.
- Client communication and coordination are Dutch-led.
- Developers work with clients in English.
Timelines
First matching profiles within 7 business days. Onboarding possible within 2 to 4 weeks. The actual start date depends on your own interviews, selection and the agreed start moment.
Pricing
From-prices per level, per full-time developer per month: junior from €2,495, medior from €3,795, senior from €5,495, expert from €6,795 and tech lead from €7,795.
These are from-prices. The final monthly price depends on the profile, experience, technology and scarcity. Monthly pricing and any applicable one-time engagement costs are agreed transparently upfront.

Research and evidence
Developer Market Monitor, August 2026: 957 open developer roles analysed across 385 companies. The vacancy-age analysis uses the subset of 110 roles with a traceable company-published posting date. Within that subset, 63% had been open longer than 60 days, with a median vacancy age of 80 days.
