++Dedicated developers
Dedicated developers who truly become part of your team.
Dedicated means something simple here: the developer works structurally with your team. Not with you this week and on an unrelated client project the next. You keep product ownership and the daily technical direction.
We handle selection, employment, the workplace in our Pristina office and the support that follows. You choose who joins your team.
No obligation. You speak directly with Rens.
Product knowledge only grows when people stay involved.
With external support that changes often, a few things tend to come back.
This is not true of every freelancer or every agency. It is the pattern companies call us about.
- Product knowledge leaves again when temporary people leave.
- Onboarding starts from scratch every time.
- Decisions and context sit with too few internal developers.
- Ownership of parts of the code becomes fragmented.
- Temporary availability does not always match a structural need.
What dedicated looks like in practice
The developer works structurally with your team. They join stand-ups, planning, reviews and team meetings, work in your existing stack and codebase and use your tools and processes. Communication runs directly with your team, not through a layer in between.
The daily technical direction comes from you. Over the months, the developer builds real knowledge of your product, your users and your organisation. We stay responsible for the local employment setup and the support at our office.

Every model has its place. A freelancer makes sense for a one-off task and an agency for a clearly scoped project. Dedicated fits a role that is structural.
What your team keeps. What we handle.
Short version: you direct the work and the content, we handle everything around the person.
Stays with your team
- Ownership of your product.
- Architecture and technical choices.
- The backlog and the priorities.
- Code review and your quality standard.
- The daily collaboration.
- The final call on which developer joins.
We handle
- Recruitment.
- Technical assessment and the English check.
- The check on team fit.
- Employment.
- Payroll and local administration.
- The workplace in our Pristina office.
- Local support after the start.
When a dedicated model fits
Good fit
- The need is structural, not temporary.
- Product knowledge and continuity matter.
- There is an internal team or a technical owner.
- You want direct daily collaboration.
- The role is hard to fill locally.
- You want to choose the developer yourself.
Less of a fit
- A complete project with a fixed result needs to be handed over.
- You are looking for a few isolated hours.
- There is no one internally who can guide technical work.
- The lowest hourly rate is the only criterion.
- You do not want direct collaboration with the developer.
We would rather be honest up front than start a collaboration that does not fit.
How we support continuity in practice
Employed by tre plus
Every developer is on our payroll. No loose pool and no rotating subcontractors.
Workplace in Pristina
Our developers work from our own office, with colleagues around them.
Support continues
After the start we stay locally involved with the developer and with the collaboration.
Direct contact with Rens
At the moments that matter you speak with Rens himself.
Working in your routine
The developer works in your tools, your meetings and your way of working.
The same working day
Kosovo shares the time zone with the Netherlands. Discussion and feedback happen the same day.
Start with one. Expand when your team needs it.
Which route fits depends on what you need right now.
One dedicated developer

Still orienting on nearshore?++DutchDrops
At DutchDrops, external colleagues simply became the team
DutchDrops is a Dutch e-commerce agency. The collaboration started in March 2025.

We were looking for developers, but we found a partner. The team in Kosovo feels like part of DutchDrops, and Rens stays actively involved long after the start. That personal contact and his experience make the difference for us.

Read the full client caseWhat companies wonder about with this model
Does the developer really work only with our team?
Yes. The developer works structurally with your team and is not moved back and forth between unrelated client projects.
Does remote communication work?
The working day is the same, so discussion happens during your normal hours. The developer joins your stand-ups and meetings, and with us you can speak Dutch.
Do we keep technical control?
Yes. You set the backlog, the priorities, the architecture and the reviews. We do not sit between your team and the work.
How do we know the technical quality is right?
We assess technical skills, English and team fit. After that you review the profiles yourself and you make the final call.
What if the match does not work out?
Then we discuss it with you directly. We look at the cause together and at a suitable solution within the agreements we made.
