Getting to know Kosovo
Through my former employer I end up in Kosovo. I help build a nearshore office that grows to almost 70 developers, and I see the talent there with my own eyes.

I start tre plus: connecting Kosovar talent with product-driven companies in the Netherlands and Belgium, with the same attention I always looked for myself.
First client live
Our first developers go live with a client. They join the stand-ups, the tools and the rhythm of the team.
