First working day in Kosovo
In the role I held at the time, I start working on building a development organisation in Kosovo.
- 2022-2025
From a first team to almost 70 FTE
I help the organisation grow towards almost 70 people. Along the way I learn what selection, onboarding, local support and client integration really take.
- The lessons
What works and what doesn't
Developers have to become part of the client's team. Clients have to make the choice themselves. And technical direction has to stay with the client.
- July 2025
tre plus starts
I start tre plus to put those lessons into a smaller, more personal model for product companies in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Today
Our own office in Pristina
Since April 2026 we recruit and support developers from our own office. Clients talk to me directly and lead the developers inside their own product team.
