++Practical

The agreements behind the collaboration

No small print. These are the questions almost every client asks before we start, with the answer right next to them.

Agreements and flexibility

A fixed monthly fee per person or per team, invoiced monthly. We start with a period long enough to deliver real value, after which the collaboration continues as long as it works.

Scaling up and down

Your team grows with you. Scaling up is fast: we propose new profiles within a week. Scaling down we handle in consultation, towards the end of the running period.

Selection and intro calls

We screen on skills, mindset and communication. You speak to the candidates yourself and decide who starts.

Workspace and equipment

Everyone works from our own office in Prishtina, with hardware, fast connectivity and on-site support.

Ownership and security

All code and output is yours. We work with NDAs, GDPR-proof agreements and access limited to the systems needed.

Language and communication

English on the floor, a Dutch point of contact at tre plus. Same timezone, so you can talk during your own working day.

Rates depend on role, seniority, stack and duration. In the first call you get a concrete price for your situation.

++FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Developer as a Service and Team as a Service?
With Developer as a Service, you add one dedicated developer to your existing team. They join your stand-ups, use your tools and work in your processes. Team as a Service gives you a complete team with frontend, backend, QA and a team lead. They take ownership of delivery and sprint planning as an extension of your organisation.
How quickly can a developer or team start?
Most collaborations start within two to four weeks. We work with a pool of experienced developers in Kosovo, so we skip long recruitment cycles. After a conversation about your tech stack and way of working, we match the right people and get them onboarded.
Why Kosovo as a nearshore location?
Kosovo is in the CET timezone, so you get full overlap with Dutch and European working hours. The country has a young, well-educated tech workforce with strong English skills. Compared to Western European rates, Kosovo offers real cost savings without giving up quality.
How does communication and collaboration work?
Our developers work in the same timezone and join your daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives. They use your tools, whether that is Jira, Slack, GitHub or Azure DevOps. You talk directly with your developer, just like with a colleague in your own office.

Let's look at which developer fits your product and team.

Happy to think along with you. A 30-minute call, no strings attached.
