Monthly calculation for 2026: gross salary plus 8% holiday allowance, plus 17.13% employer premiums on the premium wage up to the statutory ceiling of 6,617.41 euro per month. The premium percentage applies to a small employer with a permanent contract and is not a universal Dutch percentage. You can also switch on the representative employer scenario: a pension contribution of 15.2% on pensionable salary above a franchise of 19,172 euro per year (a representative scenario, not a statutory rate) and an external recruitment assumption of 20% of the annual gross salary including holiday allowance, spread over 24 months. Equipment, workplace and overhead are not included. The tre plus amounts are from-prices.

++The founder

I'm building the nearshore partner I once looked for and never found.

I've spent 15 years in IT. For years I worked with external developers, and every time it was the same picture: rotating freelancers, noise on the line and no one who truly took ownership. That's why I started tre plus. At the end of 2022, through my former employer, I ended up in Kosovo and helped build a nearshore office that grew to almost 70 FTE. I still visit every month, I know the culture and understand where the Netherlands and Kosovo align. That experience became tre plus in July 2025: connecting Kosovar talent with product-driven SMEs in the Netherlands and Belgium.

  • You talk directly to me. No account managers, no layers in between.
  • I personally screen every developer on skill, mindset and fit.
  • One office in Pristina: permanent teams with their own culture, no rotation.
  • We handle everything around it: sourcing, payroll, insurance and guidance.

++FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How quickly can someone start?
Within 7 business days we show matching profiles. Onboarding is then possible within 2 to 4 weeks. The actual start depends on your interviews, your choice and the agreed start date.
What if the fit isn't right?
Then we find a replacement with comparable experience. You never pay for capacity you don't get.
Is there a minimum term?
We start with a six month period, so someone can really settle into your team. After that the collaboration continues as long as it works. Stopping is possible towards the end of a period, in consultation and with reasonable notice.
Can I hire a developer directly?
Yes, after a successful collaboration a developer can join you permanently. We think along about the options and help with the transition.
Is part-time possible?
Yes, part-time and full-time are both possible. We look at what fits your situation.
What about contract, payroll and compliance?
We handle that fully in Kosovo. You get one monthly invoice and no local employer obligations.
Who owns the IP and how is security handled?
All intellectual property is and remains yours, contractually fixed. Developers work in your security setup and tooling.
How does timezone and language work?
Kosovo is in the same CET timezone as the Netherlands. Management is Dutch-speaking, developers work in English.
What does it cost?
A fixed monthly price per developer. For medior and senior roles that means 35 to 45% lower employer cost, based on our representative 2026 employer scenario. Starting prices run from 2,495 euro for a junior to 7,795 euro for a tech lead. No hourly rates or hidden margins. The exact price depends on role and seniority.

Let's look at which developer fits your product and team.

Happy to think along with you. A 30-minute call, no strings attached.
