QA Test Automation Engineer - Payments

Pristina, Kosovo Full-time ยท 40h Medior
QATest AutomationPaymentsAPI TestingCucumberCI/CDBankingISO 20022Hybrid

About the role

You will help clients build reliable, resilient and scalable payment solutions. Quality is part of the project from the start, not a final check at the end. You will design test strategies for complex payment platforms, translate requirements and payment flows into test scenarios, and build automated test cases and regression suites. You will test APIs, payment services and end-to-end flows, validate messages and processing outcomes, integrate test suites into Jenkins pipelines and investigate defects down to root cause. You do not need to know every payment scheme by heart, but you can explain how a payment moves through a system, which parties are involved and where issues can occur.

About the company

You will join one of our Belgian clients that operates in banking and payments. Their projects cover account-to-account payments, core banking integrations, payment message standards and operational payment platforms.

tre plus is hiring several QA roles for this client to build a small, focused team in Kosovo. You will work directly in the client's international QA team alongside senior test automation engineers and payment specialists. That means real responsibility, continuous learning and long-term projects.

When you apply, tell us which payment or core-banking environments you have worked in, which automation frameworks and tools you use, and what your experience is with payment backends and Jenkins CI/CD.
