Accessibility statement
Standard: WCAG 2.2 AA, AAA where applicable
Deliberate exception: accent words in large headings (32px and up) use brand orange #FF5F1F, contrast 3.04 : 1. This meets WCAG 2.2 AA for large text (1.4.3) but not AAA criterion 1.4.6 (Contrast Enhanced). Headings remain fully readable without the colour; it is a brand accent and carries no information.

Known issues
These points do not yet, or deliberately do not, meet WCAG 2.2 AAA. Where a point also affects level A or AA, that is stated.
- The role in the main heading of the homepage and the code in the terminal window change continuously. You can stop this with the "Motion off" switch at the bottom of the page, or with your system setting for reduced motion. There is no pause button next to the heading itself (2.2.2, level A).
- The primary button is white on brand orange #FF5F1F, 19px bold, contrast 3.04 : 1. This meets AA for large text, not AAA 1.4.6.
- The first role number in the DutchDrops case study is set at 30px in brand orange #FF5F1F, contrast 3.04 : 1. This meets AA for large text, not AAA 1.4.6.
- Small labels in light orange on dark blue (for example "Introduction call" above the closing call to action and "Most chosen" in the pricing) have a contrast of 6.6 : 1. This meets AA, not AAA 1.4.6.
- The green amount in the dark window of the cost calculator has a contrast of 3.8 : 1. This meets AA for large text, not AAA 1.4.6.
- On the homepage a few small orange links sit on a beige background. Their contrast is above 4.5 : 1 but below 7 : 1. This meets AA, not AAA 1.4.6.
- On a wide screen, articles have 81 to 92 characters per line, and a few short texts have a line height below 1.5. AAA 1.4.8 asks for at most 80 characters and at least 1.5.
- The programming language buttons in the terminal window are smaller than 44 by 44 pixels. They are larger than 24 pixels or far enough apart (AA 2.5.8), but do not meet AAA 2.5.5.
- Links to another website open in a new window. Screen readers announce this; in the running text of articles there is no visible sign (3.2.5).
