Senior PHP Developer
About the role
You work on our booking system, where availability, prices and reservations have to be exactly right. Edge cases and data quality interest you rather than annoy you. The stack is modern PHP with Symfony, running on AWS with Lambda, plus GraphQL, MySQL and Terraform. You take ownership of the features you build, from data model and API to tests, monitoring and logging. Symfony knowledge and hands-on Symfony experience are a hard requirement. You can point to real projects where you used it and explain the choices you made.
About the company
Our client is an international platform for travellers, with a large user base across Europe. The product combines content, reviews and a booking system that location owners use to manage availability and prices.
The way of working is built around focus: as few meetings as possible, a lot of autonomy, one feature at a time and AI agents as a fixed part of how the team builds. You write a clear spec, let agents do the groundwork and stay responsible for architecture, review and quality yourself.
